             - By-Law proposal are due for discussion
             - Merger Requests advised

Aug    1  Player pool application on website

             - By-Law Amendment voting
             - Declaration of Teams for Fall 09-10 season
             - Deposits Due
             - Preliminary Middle School Rosters Needed

Sept   2   Disciplinary Committee Hearings (if necessary)
           8   League Meeting -  7:30PM Bethpage Ice Skating Arena - Community Room
             - Ratification of By-Laws
             - 1st Payment (per Team) Due
           - Preliminary Roster for teams intending to draft players
         15   PLAYER PLACEMENT POOL           7:30PM Iceworks Community Room
                       Without submission of Preliminary Roster - Participation will be denied.
     14   Middle School Clinic - Checking & Receiving
         16   Roster Party - Middle School & JV - 7:30PM Iceworks Community Room
             Fall Schedules will be distributed upon review and acceptance of Team Roster
